30 mins!

I ran 30 minutes! I RAN 30 mins! I ran 30 mins...30 mins straight btw, in case you were wondering :-P Yay, I feel great! Seriously, I can't believe I've made it so far in just 2 months. ^_^

I will confess though, I started flagging after the 20 min mark and took the rest at a slow jog... I think I may have started at too quick a pace. I've got that 5K in about 4 weeks and now that I've hit the 30 min mark I'm gonna try to sustain a quicker pace longer. I'm going to add 2 mins a day for the next three weeks (up to 45 mins or so) and after that I'm going to focus entirely on pacing. I hope that'll help my race time.
